1. AFTA SOURCES is committed to providing all-dimensional business services for the customers in Southeast Asia.
The ownership and operation right of all kinds of e-services on www.aftasources.com remain vested in Shenzhen Hong Jin Long Industries Co., Ltd. AFTA SOURCES shall provide various services in full accordance with the articles, terms of service and operational rules it has made public. You shall be our regular members if you fully agree with all terms of service and complete the registration process.
2. Basic Requirements
AFTA SOURCES provides network services for members through the internet with its own operating system. Therefore, you must meet the following basic requirements:
(1) You shall prepare necessary equipment for internet access by yourselves, including computers, modems and other indispensible devices;
(2) You shall pay for the telephone charges and internet fees arising from the internet access.
3. Conditions of Service
In view of the commerciality and timeliness of the network services provided by AFTA SOURCES,
⑴You shall be responsible for the information offered by yourself. In other words, you must provide detailed, authentic and accurate corporate materials and never post false, ambiguous, misleading or malicious ones;
(2) You shall update your registration information on time so as to keep it timely, comprehensive and accurate;
(3) The account numbers and passwords provided by AFTA SOURCES are only available for uses by members. If you loss your account numbers or passwords or have them stolen, you must register again and reset the password. You shall assume the liability for the leakage of your account information resulting from your own faults;
（4）You shall notify us in time if you have found any inaccurate or wrong information or any other misconduct on www.aftasources.com . If the issues are not handled in a timely manner, you can make complaints through related procedures at the website;
(5) Both the propagating right and intellectual property right of the product information edited and prepared by AFTA SOURCES remain vested in AFTA SOURCES. No one is allowed to reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast or relay the information in any form without the written approval of AFTA SOURCES;
(6) AFTA SOURCES shall sound a warning first if you are found to have provided incorrect information; it shall also reserve the right to stop or terminate your membership;
(7) You shall assume corresponding economic responsibilities and legal liabilities for any economic loss of AFTA SOURCES due to your violation of this agreement;
4. Your obligations
All of your acts must comply with the provisions of national laws. If you violate national laws or this agreement, you shall assume all responsibilities for any dispute or adverse outcome arising from the violation;
5. Force Majeure
AFTA SOURCES shall not be responsible for its delay or failure to fulfill the contracts due to factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, riots, substance shortages, rationing, uprisings, wars, acts of governments, malfunctions of communication or other facilities, serious fatal accidents or other cases arising from force majeure.
